The Role HMR is seeking experienced Underground Drill Supervisor - NSW These are hands-on leadership roles where you will oversee drilling crews, drive safe and efficient production, and ensure compliance with site and regulatory requirements whilst working in a high performing team. You will play a key role in building a strong safety culture while supporting and mentoring your team to deliver consistent operational performance across site. Key Details Rosters: 14:14 FIFO/DIDO Accommodation and meals provided Full-time, permanent positions Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate underground drilling activities Lead crews to achieve production targets safely and efficiently Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across site Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety interactions Monitor drilling performance and provide technical guidance Ensure stringent maintenance requirements are met Liaise with site management and key stakeholders Ensure all reporting and documentation is completed accurately Qualifications & Requirements: Certificate IV in Drilling Operations preferred Proven experience in underground drilling supervision Australian citizen or permanent resident Pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening Provide a National Police clearance First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain) Why HMR?
